The Everyone Project
The Everyone ProjectWe want to inform everyone about the amazing resources at our disposal with the Everyone Project and some more specific ways to earn CME credits. Through this initiative, you can learn how to advocate for and support your patients based on zip codes.
The Everyone Project has some of the coolest toolkits for improving people’s health and well-being. If you have not done so already, check out the neighborhood navigator, where entering a zip code can help you connect to available community resources. That way, you can assist patients based on their social determinants of health and provide some of their basic needs, such as food, housing, transportation, etc.
