What is a Family Physician?
A family physician is a medical doctor who specializes in family medicine. Family doctors provide continuity of care for individuals and families over their life span. The specialty integrates body, mind, and spirit in caring for the whole patient. The scope of family medicine encompasses all ages, genders, organ systems, and disease entities. Family medicine physicians provide primary care for life.
Chapter Staff
Samantha Morris joined us in 2022 as Executive Assistant and is now the Executive Director. Sam earned a BA in Sociology from UNM and has 8 years experience as general manager of Print Express. Sam is very excited for her new position and would love to hear from members about their ideas for our organization. When not working, she enjoys painting, hiking, and spending time with friends and her rescue dogs.
